Ingredients

- 1 egg

Instructions
- Prepare broth: Cook ramen according to package instructions, but use only half of the seasoning packet to reduce sodium.
- Add flavor: Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and optional ginger and garlic to the broth.
- Cook vegetables: Add vegetables to the boiling broth 1 minute before noodles are done.
